Facial Spots
Outline of Operation
Facial spots are caused by various factors. We use medical skin analyzers to diagnose spots accurately based on our extensive therapeutic experience, and based on the type of spots, propose the best treatment combining internal medicine, a skin-whitening cream developed in-house, laser therapy and phototherapy.
Course of Operation
When laser therapy is required, we apply an anesthetic cream on the spots, and wait for about one hour before irradiation. Protective tape is applied after the operation.
Points to Note after the Operation
Please don't remove the protective tape until the next medical examination one week later to see the progress. Even after a spot is successfully removed with a scab, we recommend using skin-whitening cream in addition to sun protection measures for preventing pigmentation and recurrence of spots. If your spots are widespread, performing phototherapy treatment with less downtime once a month is recommended to get better results. For this purpose, we have introduced the cutting-edge phototherapy apparatus Forma α IPL.

Wrinkles / Sagging
Botox
Outline of Operation
Botox is effective for improvement of wrinkles on the forehead, between the eyebrows and at the corner of the eyes. One injection remains effective for three to six months depending on the individual, but you can feel the effect one week after treatment. We use Allegan Aesthetics' products approved by the Health, Labor and Welfare Ministry.
Course of Operation
Since we use the smallest needle, the 34G, and apply icing pretreatment, we don't use anesthetic cream for botox injections.
Points to Note Before / after Operation
Please refrain from drinking alcohol or doing exercise on the day of the injection. In rare cases, internal bleeding may occur at the injection site, but it vanishes in one or two weeks.
Dermal Filler (Hyaluronic acid, etc.)
Outline of Operation
Dermal filler is effective for the improvement of wrinkles on the forehead, between the eyebrows and at the corner of the eyes. High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU)
Outline of Operation
HIFU is a skin tightening treatment for facial sagging. High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) irradiated into the target layers warms them up to 50 to 60 degrees, promotes regeneration, and both tightens and pulls up sagging skin. In addition, by adjusting irradiation, it is possible to reduce the quantity of fat tissue and improve both double chins and sagged face lines.
It is said that the time it takes to feel the effect most strongly is one month after the procedure, so we recommend receiving a treatment every three months.
We use SOTHYS skin care (Soin technique) together with our treatment, aiming to maximize the effect.
Apparatus used for treatment
ULTRAcel [Zi:] is the latest device in the representative HIFU series. Improved safety and irradiation efficiency make it possible to shorten treatment time and reduce pain and downtime, compared to conventional devices.

Skin Pores
Outline of Operation
We treat pores by carbon peel using Dermapen 4 or a laser treatment device, GentleMax Pro.
Course of Operation
For Dermapen 4, we apply an anesthetic cream, and wait for about one hour to start treatment. Based on your skin condition and request, we use an external application of growth factor preparation or a massage peel agent for further improvement.
Points to Note after the Operation
The skin becomes red for two or three days after treatment. Please moisturize sufficiently during that time and take effective ultraviolet ray measures when going out. You can get good results by receiving the treatment five to six times a month.
Acne / Acne Scarring
Outline of Operation
The basic treatment for active acne is using a suitable external preparation. For improving intractable acne and acne scarring, treatment using Dermapen 4 is effective.

Hair Removal
Outline of Operation
GentleMax Pro, a new type of laser device, enables safe and speedy epilation regardless of skin color or even with some suntan. After a doctor checks the skin condition and sets the irradiation, an experienced nurse irradiates.

Tattoos
Outline of Operation
Tattoos are treated by surgical procedures (removal, dermal graft) or Q-Switch YAG lasers. Depending on the color of the tattoo, laser therapy may be impossible.
The charge for surgical treatment depends on the site treated, the surrounding area, and the method. We will decide based on consultation and explain.
Course of Operation
Local anesthesia is used for both surgical treatments and laser therapy.
Points to Note Before/after Injection
For laser therapy, irradiation needs to be applied two or three times every six months. For surgical treatment, you may need the surgery several times.

Customized IV Drip
Outline of IV drip
The main ingredients of IV drips are as follows: Based on request, Alinamin F, C-Para, Stronger Neo-Minophagen C and Placenta are mixed for “Garlic” and Vitamin C, Tathion, C-Para, Stronger Neo-Minophagen C, Pantol and Placenta for “Skin-whitening, skin-lightening and skin-smoothing.” The main ingredients of “Hormone balance” are Tathion, C-Para, Maylon and Placenta. The ingredients of “Personalized IV Drip” are decided by the doctor according to symptoms and physical condition of the patient. Subcutaneous injection of Placenta only is also available for relieving fatigue or improving skin. Please let us know during consultation.
Points to Note Before/after IV Drip Injection
It takes 30 minutes to one hour to administer an IV drip depending on the contents. There is no limitation in daily life after the IV drip injection. You can even drive a car. The human placenta derived component used in our clinic is considered to be a blood product, so you can’t donate blood after the IV drip injection.
